Noel finished his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Central Luzon State University in 2010. Thereafter, he worked at a 24 hours companion animal veterinary hospital for 4 years before heading over to Singapore, joining team CAS in 2015. His interest lies mainly in Diagnostic Imaging. Noel puts providing quality healthcare as his top priority in veterinary medicine.

Outside of work, Noel enjoys cooking, gardening and collecting plants, watching Netflix and spending time on online communication channels to stay connected with his loving family and friends back home in the Philippines.

He aims to open a veterinary clinic in the near future back home in the Philippines to continue his love to serve animals and to be close to his loved ones.
